This small livery yard of 6 stables is located in a stunningly beautiful and quiet location on a small organic farm, near the end of a no through road.

The location offers outstanding riding opportunities, with easy access from the farm directly onto Exmoor.

Superb hacking and hunting country over extensive moorland and a network of public bridleways.

The livery is in a prime location for hunting, with 3 local hunts in the direct vicinity.

A number of excellent cross-country courses, indoor and outdoor arenas are situated nearby. Active local pony and riding clubs function with a full schedule of local shows.

We offer:

• All-year-round turn- out.
• Extensive grazing over 60 acre small holding.
• American barn type stabling.
  High quality, modern, light and airy stabling: five 12' x 12'; one 12` x 14`.
• 2 stables have additional external doors to allow free access outside, on a walk-in/ walk-out basis.
• Large tack room; feed store.
• Concrete yard with wash-down facilities.
• Hard standing for vehicles.

  Planning permission has recently been obtained for a sand school.

  We offer holiday/ week-end livery for visitors to the area; good local accommodation can be arranged.

  Summer grazing liveries are also available.
  

This is primarily a DIY yard. However, part-livery arrangements can be made on request, including: holiday/ emergency relief.

We live on site, so are on hand for emergencies.
